It is our great pleasure to invite you to the “Third Middle East Cardiopace – FromPill to Wire and Devices” joint with the “Fourth Regional meeting on Prevention of Cardiovascular disease”.

This meeting which is under the auspices of CARDIOSTIM, and the “International Task Force for Prevention of Coronary Heart Disease” is endorsed by the “European Heart Rhythm Association”.

Many thanks to Professor R. Paoletti and Professor Gunter Breithardt who accepted to be honorary presidents of our meeting. Their presence with us is of great value and a sign of friendship.

The success of the previous meetings has encouraged us to continue. The scientific program has been set up by an international faculty in order to offer to the physicians in this region many discussions of interest in the field of arrhythmia and cardiac pacing.

As for the prevention, there is a need to focus on many aspects of the role of the clinician and the community in the promoting of public health.We are delighted to have the important support of the Lebanese Society of Cardiology, the Lebanese Society of Atherosclerosis and the Lebanese Hypertension League for this event.

The program will include Lectures, symposia, mini-courses, debates, workshops, luncheon panels…

A special workshop will be arranged by the lebanese group of elecrophysiologists in France “Cadmos”.

This event has been accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC) and the Lebanese Order of Physicians.

To complete your stay in Lebanon, a social program has been organized to allow attendees to visit some of the beautiful sites of our wonderful country. Extensions can be made to Syria and Jordan.
